Our Story
We were founded in 2008 as Turner & Ross, LLC by Valerie A. Ross and William Randy Turner. The firm became Turner Ross Germain Personal Injury Lawyers in 2017 when Meredith W. Germain joined as a partner after working for Randy and Valerie since 2011. In December 2024, founding partner Randy Turner stepped down as a partner and managing member to retire from the firm.
Today, attorneys Valerie A. Ross and Meredith W. Germain continue the firm’s legacy of excellence, representing individuals, families, businesses, and public entities with skill and dedication.
